Managed IT & Support

Proactive monitoring, help desk and infrastructure management under a service level you can hold us to.

Managed IT is the daily work that keeps a business running: devices, identity, networks, backups, patches and the person who answers when something breaks. We run it under a written SLA with monitoring that catches problems before your staff do.

The service is proactive by design. Patching, backups and security baselines are checked automatically, and a monthly report shows what happened and what we improved.

How we're different
  • Security baselines from our cybersecurity practice are applied to every managed device.
  • Restores are tested, so a backup is a recovery plan rather than a hope.
  • The monthly report includes what we recommend you stop paying for.
Who this is for
  • A regional subsidiary of a global group that must meet head office standards with a local team of two.
  • A logistics operator with depots, drivers and shift patterns that a standard help desk does not fit.
  • A company carved out of a larger parent that must stand up its own IT within a transition agreement.
Signals you need this now
  • Patch status is unknown on a share of devices and audits keep asking.
  • The internal team spends its time on tickets and never on the roadmap.
  • Backups exist but the last restore test was never recorded.
  • Joiners wait days for access and leavers keep it for weeks.

FAQ

Managed IT & Support, in plain terms.

Business hours as standard, with extended and out-of-hours options for organisations that need them.

Yes. The tooling is cloud-based and devices are managed wherever they are.
