Engagement Director
You are accountable for the outcome of a portfolio of engagements: the number the board is watching, the team delivering it and the relationship at the top.

What you will do
- 01Own two to four concurrent engagements end to end, from brief to steady state.
- 02Run steering committees with client executives and keep decisions moving.
- 03Staff and protect the delivery team; escalate early and honestly.
- 04Grow the account where the work justifies it, never where it does not.
What we are looking for
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary programmes for large organisations.
- Credibility with C-level stakeholders and the judgement to say no.
- Commercial literacy: margins, scope, change control.
- Willingness to travel within Europe and to the Gulf.
