AI Strategy & Discovery Workshop
Map where AI creates measurable value in your data and processes, and leave with a ranked roadmap.
Every organisation has more AI ideas than it can fund. The workshop sorts them. We map your processes and data, interview the people who do the work, and score each opportunity by value, feasibility and risk. The result is a short list worth pursuing and a clear reason for everything left off it.
The plan is written to be actioned by anyone. If you build with your own team or another partner, it still works.
- Scoring includes data readiness, which is where most AI plans quietly fail.
- The people running the workshop are the engineers who would build the result, so feasibility is judged from experience.
- The output is a decision, not a deck of possibilities.
- A listed group with several brands and one board asking for a single AI plan.
- An airline, bank or logistics operator with many pilots under way and no way to compare them.
- A company under pressure from a competitor's AI announcement and unsure what its own data can support.
- Every function has an AI idea and finance has one budget.
- Pilots were chosen by enthusiasm rather than by value or data readiness.
- The board has asked for a strategy and received a list of vendors.
- Nobody has checked whether the data for the favourite idea exists.

AI Strategy & Discovery Workshop, in plain terms.
A sponsor from leadership, the heads of the functions in scope and a few people who do the daily work. We keep the time demand on each to a few hours.
No. Part of the workshop is finding out how ready your data is. That result shapes the roadmap.
Then we say so. Sometimes the plan starts with integration or data work, and the AI comes later.
Yes. Most sessions work well remotely, with an in-person day where it helps.
