Lead AI Engineer
You take AI from a workshop whiteboard to production inside regulated organisations: agents, retrieval systems and the evaluation and monitoring that keep them trustworthy.

What you will do
- 01Design and build agents, RAG systems and automations integrated with client CRM, ERP and support tools.
- 02Set evaluation methodology and guardrails for every deployed system.
- 03Lead proof of concept sprints and make the go or no-go call with the client.
- 04Work with the security team on prompt injection and data leakage testing.
What we are looking for
- Production experience shipping LLM-based systems with real users.
- Strong Python and TypeScript; comfortable across the stack.
- Experience with data engineering and MLOps practice.
- Able to explain trade-offs to a non-technical steering committee.
